The familiar, informal atmosphered Beta Hotel Napsugar (built in 1984) apartment house can be found near to the Hevíz lake, about 10 minutes by foot from there.

The hotel has 26 single-, and 26 double-room apartment. The single-room ones are for 1-2 persons, the double-room ones are for max. 4 persons. The apartments are equipped with TV, radio, telephone, and all of them have a bathroom, a WC and a small, armed kitchen.

There is buffet for breakfasts in the hotel, the main dishes are in the three restaurants of the street.
Several kinds of therapies and dentist are in the building.
