The hotel is located in the green belt of the town, in the vicinity of the Thermal Bath. The surroundings is peaceful, free of through traffic.

In 3 three-storied buildings of the hotel can be found 175 double rooms.

Rooms consist of entrance-hall, bedroom, bathroom, WC. A balkon belongs to each of them.

In all of the rooms an extra-bed can be placed if required. Among from 175 double rooms, 104 rooms consist of mini kitchen with complete utensils.

The three storied buildings are surrounded with bungalows in semi circle.

There are 96 one and half roomed (ground floor + loft) apartments.
The apartments consist of entrance hall, living room opening to a terrace, bedroom in the loft, bathroom, WC and a mini kitchen.

These apartments are furnished with 2-3 extra beds, thus 4-5 persons can be placed in them.

In all rooms and apartments a coloured TV with satellite program and a refrigerator can be found.

Breakfast is served up in the hotel.
