Cancellation

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

For relaxation try the Cotton Fitness room, which is equipped with an infra sauna, mini hydro and whirlpool to be enjoyed at any time during the day. For those wishing a more active workout, there is a walking and running machine as well as a multifunctional workout machine.

Our rate includes a welcome drink and free first session to the Cotton Fitness Room.

The furnishings and decorations are all in authentic ”grand bourgeois” style, and are named after famous personalities, with their interior summoning that era.

The bedrooms come with a variety of bathrooms. You may choose from a selection of showers in 13 rooms, baths in 3 rooms or Jacuzzis’ in 7 rooms.
Double or twin beds are on request, subject to availability. In the event of there are more than 2 occupants in bigger rooms, extra bed can be requested.

We would like to inform our guests, that private parties are taking place occasionally at the Cotton Club in November and December. We can not guarantee entrance for our Hotel Guests. In this case, we suggest our partner restaurants.

Summer program:

From the 1st of July until the 31st of August our program is the following: Monday till Saturday Live Piano Music in the Restaurant from 7pm. Our Revue program is once in a week either Fridays or Saturdays from 22.30 pm in the Orpheum Hall. On Sundays the restaurant is closed.

The restaurant seats 120 persons. It is furnished with period furniture, reflecting atmosphere of the last century. A wide selection of wines and cocktails are served with dinner. In the evenings, live music is performed. In the Orpheum Hall, pleasant entertainment is guaranteed. Each table has a good view of the stage. At weekends, the Revue Show is presented on the stage.

Our Cigar Room offers perfect comfort. You can save your favourite cigars in your own safe or you can choose our unique selection of cigars. The cigar safes are named and can be rented for different periods. For those guests who rent cigar safes, right humidity and permanent filling are guaranteed. Cigar Card offers an extensive assortment of cigars such as hand-made cigars from Cuba or Honduras.

The Cigar hall can be used not only for smoking. Depending or your mood, here you can play chess, read newspapers or talk in a relaxed way in our comfortable leather armchairs. It also suitable for business meetings and appointments, small groups and private celebrations.

The hotel has non-smoking and smoking floors.

The rooms reflect the style of the twenties and thirties and are furnished with period furniture. They are named after famous personalities such as: Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Al Capone, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Ella Fitzgerald, Charlie Chaplin, Bing Crosby, Marilyn Monroe, Tom Jones, Elvis Presley, Liza Minnelli, Humphrey Bogart, Ernest Hemingway, Duke Ellington, Ray Charles, Edith Piaf, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean, Don Corleone, Greta Garbo, Grace Kelly and Johnny Cash.

The rooms are equipped with different types of bathrooms: shower (13), bath tub (3) or Jacuzzi (7).

Double or twin beds are on request, subject to availability - please mention your preferred bed type in the comments field.

Hotel beds are a maximum of 2 meters long.
